• We can assist application migrations to cloud and application modernization through upgrades or new implementations.  We specialize in scoping and defining projects for success.
• We are very comfortable assisting clients with RFI preparation and RFP response evaluation.

Implementation Roadmap

• We develop solution architectures and implementation strategies and plans that drive your project within the context of your overarching business, technology and application strategies.   Timelines, budget estimates and resource requirements and implementation dependencies are normally identified in roadmap development.

Project Planning

• We define and drive project plans using tools that support Waterfall, Agile or V-models.  Roles and responsibilities are clearly defined via RACI models.

Delivery Management

• We provide delivery program and project management, apply rigor and experiences earned through many full-lifecycle implementations, big and small.

Hands-On Delivery Technical Support

• Where/when appropriate, we provide hands-on technical support for application installations and upgrades

Test Management and Support

• We provide test management and remediation coordination.
• When/where appropriate, we provide hands-on application and user experience testing.

Go-Live Support and Transition to Managed Support

• We provide cutover and go-live support for new or upgraded applications.  
• We can define and develop procedures, sequence of tasks, communication plans and RACIs and transition artifacts to support a coordinated go-live and transition to Day 2 services.

Application Lifecycle Management

• We can help you institute or adjust processes that regulate application development, testing and change management.

Root Cause Analysis

• We provide Root Cause Analysis services.  Our interest is to find the evidence that will determine the truth.  We can lead or provide support.  Our real-world experience will help expedite such quests.  When necessary we will travel to support the required analysis.

Research and GTM Asset Generation

• We provide quality research services to address your technology challenges.  We can also provide Go To Market asset generation services to support sales assets or campaign refresh.

Quality Assurance

• We provide quality assurance project reviews (at startup or in-flight).  Our checkpoints can provide helpful guidance or uncover early-warning situations that would benefit from troubleshooting and remediation.
